Information We Collect
Personal Information
Users may enter basic information such as name, age, gender, height, weight and fitness goals to personalize the fitness experience.
User Authentication
When you sign in using Google, we collect basic information such as your name and email address. This information is used to personalize your experience, provide AI-based recommendations, and securely manage your account.
We use Firebase Authentication (a Google service) to handle login securely. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties.
All user data is handled securely and used only for improving the app experience.
Guest Login
The app allows use without creating an account (guest mode). In guest mode, fitness and meal data is stored locally on your device. If you optionally provide an email address in guest mode, it is stored locally and may be used to contact you about your account. No guest data is linked to a personal identity unless you sign in with Google.
Fitness and Health Data
The app allows users to track meals, calories, macronutrients, workouts and other fitness related data.
AI Coach Interaction
Users may communicate with the AI fitness coach to receive health and nutrition guidance.
Camera Usage
The camera may be used for food scanning and recognition features. Camera access is only used when the user activates the scanner.
Step Tracking and Health Connect
With your permission, the app reads step count data from the device hardware sensor and from Android Health Connect (if available). This data is used only to display your daily step count, step history, and related fitness metrics within the app.
Step data is not shared with third parties. It may be stored in your personal Firestore account space to preserve your step history across devices. You can revoke Health Connect permissions at any time from your device settings.
Activity Recognition Permission
On Android, the app requests the ACTIVITY_RECOGNITION permission to read live step count data directly from the device's hardware step sensor. This permission is required to count steps without depending on third-party apps.
Push Notifications
The app may send you push notifications for daily step reminders or milestone achievements. You can disable notifications at any time from your device settings.
How We Use Data
The collected information is used to:
